Seeing that Her Excellency was wearing her full medal bar as early as yesterday, I would have a hard time to believe that she would have purposefully removed her insignia, and remount it on a bow, just to "snub" her other honours. <br /><br />At least, I am trying to find a positive way to explain this situation.
